New Member Experience

The Phi Program – This eight-week new member program enhances the Phi Mu Experience by helping new members transition into Fraternity membership.  The online component includes an orientation, expectations of membership and journal prompts which help our new members begin their lifetime involvement in Phi Mu.  The online modules in partnership with Phi meetings provide new members with the framework for personal, academic, social and professional growth.  

Hey y’all! My name is Macy Armstrong and I am super excited to serve as Phi Mu’s New Membership Director for the Phi Mu class of 2018! Freshman year is the start to your next chapter in life and you will have the opportunity of new friendships and personal growth. Phi Mu is the perfect place where new members can grow academically and socially while creating long-lasting friendships along the way.

As this years’ New Membership Director I will be available for all the new members and will be present to assist the new members’ transition into Phi Mu and college. Phi Mu has been a place where I have met my best friends who have helped me grow as an individual person, and I want to help all the new members find their way at Auburn University and within Phi Mu just as I did. I am happy to be the one to teach the new members and prepare them for the standards and ideals of Phi Mu. I am extremely passionate about my position as the New Membership Director and am excited to help all of you find your place within Phi Mu!
